How do I set up my Albaloo account?
After completing your sign up and login to the Albaloo website you can go to your profile and click on the Edit Profile button to set up your account or do any changes that you want.

How do I change my password on Albaloo?
At the login window, just click on forgot your password? , and enter your email address. An email will send you to change your password.

How can I reset my password?
After completing your sign up and login to the website you can go to your profile and click on the Edit Profile button to reset your password or change your username.

How can I upgrade my account to Private Seller?
1- Log in to your account.
2- Click on the post ad button at the top or down.
3- Click on the proceed button at the private seller side.
4- You have to enter your phone number for verification.
5- After entering you phone number, you will receive a sms which is your verification code.
6- After entering your verification code, just click on verify.
7- If you enter the correct verification code, the system will upgrade your account to private seller and show you the message.

How can I upgrade my account to Merchant?
1- After login to your account, click on the post ads button at the top or bottom.
2- Write your business name and then click on proceed button.
3- Enter your phone number and wait for verification code.
4- Enter the verification code which has been sent to your phone and click verify.
5- You can see the message and you have to wait for operator to call you and do the last verification.
